Quality delivered

I went to see Michael after being rear ended, and after my subsequent related back surgery. Michael was succinct, direct, thorough and very clear when explaining what he expected to happen. I left my initial consultation feeling confident that Michael would do his best for me, and my confidence paid ...off. I literally left everything in his hands, and he did the rest. When it came time for final negotiation, I was introduced to his firecracker of an assistant, Christi. She counseled with me every step of the way through the negotiation process, and in the end, she settled for a substantial amount that ended up being even more than the generous amount Michael thought I would end up with! I can't say enough about this amazing team, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has been injured. They saw me through every step of a process that I assumed would be tedious and incredibly slow, and made it a fast, efficient and stress free experience. THANK YOU!!!

not trustworthy or caring about my case

I went in for my case and soon found out that they expected me to arrange billing issue's with my treatment places and when I felt overwhelmed by trying to do the claim of my youngest daughter that was in the accident was told by his office that they didn't see him taking on her part because "there w...as not enough money in it for him" so as you can see no care at all. Don't use this firm.

Very good at Auto Injury work.

I have worked with Mr. Beaty on several difficult auto accident cases. The outcome was always better than expected. He is an expert at this business and acts with skill and integrity.

Patient and confident attorney

Michael Beaty proved to be a very good choice to handle my auto accident claim. Being an injured party in an auto accident was a new experience for me and at first thought I could resolve the matter myself. However, after many failed attempts to contact the other party's Insurance and after receiving... a letter from them demanding all my past medical records, I called Michael Beaty. It was a complicated case because I was in two separate accidents about one month apart. He explains the process, answers emails, and keeps me informed. His is patient and does not push me in one direction or the other. He just spells it out and tells me to think about it and get back to him. He also has a great paralegal named Christie! The two make a good team.

Blessed

Our family is very grateful for all the help Christi gave us. She was on top of everything. It was nice to have someone who had our best interest at heart. She worked hard and they got us more than we thought we would get in our settlement. I will contact this company if I ever need this kind of help... again. Thanks again.
