Alison Greene

I've been with Alison twice in the past 10 years. Once for my divorce, child support and custody of my son, and then a couple years ago for mediation. She's fair, she listens to her clients, and sticks by her words with what she's doing in your case. She will fight for what her client wants. I am tru...ly grateful for both her and Tina. There's no doubt in my mind that I would seek her assistance again in the future.

When I first watched Alison in court, she was arguing strongly on behalf of a mother trying to get more child support and convinced the judge to give her client more support. I knew I wanted her to represent me since the lawyer I had at the time seemed disengaged with my case. As a dad I was in an up...hill battle to get my rights to my kids and not be taken for all my money, but I was not savvy about the law or my rights as a father. Alison was good for me. She understands the law and knows my rights. She let me know she believed my story and fully supported my desires. She taught me that I have rights and she fought for those rights on my behalf. I now spend a lot of time with my kids and just beginning to get back on my feet financially. Alison’s assistant Tina was amazing and a pleasure to work with. I never felt foolish asking any questions to these ladies.

I have a CS case in WA state (Clark County) that is eligible for moving down to OR. Tina, Alison's assistant, was able to secure a phone consultation with Alison within a very reasonable about of time, and was very friendly as well. After carefully listening and offering well thought out response to... my questions, Alison suggested that I consult with an attorney licensed in OR since the law and considerations are slightly different than WA state. She gave high kudos to the attorney I asked about who has expertise in both states, which was quite reassuring. If I need a CS attorney only for the state of WA, I will definitely return to Alison.

Ali and her assistant Tina were wonderful in helping me with my child support modification. I'm self employed, and the state along with my daughters mother were trying to base my income incorrectly by using my gross business receipts instead of my actual income from the business. Ali and Tina worke...d with my wife and accountant to come up with the correct income that should be used cutting what the state and my daughters mother was suggesting I pay in half. Ali was fair in court and didn't try to take away what was owed to my daughters mother, but made sure that what I was paying was a justifiable amount based on my actual income. My daughter is 18 now so we no longer have to worry about support adjustments, but if I did we would hire Ali again - no questions asked! If I had to describe this team with one word it would be "integrity". Ali is very well respected by the judges which was obvious during our proceedings. I can't say enough about how thankful my wife and I are for Ali and Tina's help.
