Alison and her assistant Tina are AMAZING

I've been with Alison twice in the past 10 years. Once for my divorce, child support and custody of my son, and then a couple years ago for mediation. She's fair, she listens to her clients, and sticks by her words with what she's doing in your case. She will fight for what her client wants. I am tru...ly grateful for both her and Tina. There's no doubt in my mind that I would seek her assistance again in the future.

Experienced, professional and impeccable integrity

I work in the legal profession as a consultant to litigators and work with lawyers every day in numerous personal and professional matters related to my employment. Ali was recommended to me by a friend whose ex-wife had been represented by Ali in his divorce. When someone you trust recommends the la...wyer their ex-wife used against them, that is a strong endorsement of competence. As things turned out, Ali was better than advertised! Ali represented me in my divorce and I found her to be organized, thoughtful and competent. She was direct, honest and came up with pragmatic solutions to the challenges of my divorce. She was very efficient in her time and my outcome was better than I ever would have anticipated based on interviews I had with other potential attorneys. My results were outstanding, quick and relatively drama free. I came out of the divorce with the assets I needed and a spousal support payment that was multiples less than I expected. My ex never worked a full day in our over two decades of marriage despite having a graduate degree and ample time to pursue her interests. Ali's connectivity to the local legal community including the judge that assisted our mediation gave me comfort that her experience combined with her professional approach would ensure that a life changing divorce would not ruin the years of hard work I put in to build my career. When the dust settled I came out with short-term spousal support payments of less than 10% of my take home pay and retained a significant portion of my hard earned retirement assets. Here is the great part- my ex-wife paid more than triple my fees to her attorneys who were from a large firm. They utilized numerous tactics to extend, delay and find ways to charge her more fees. It was blatant and bordered on corrupt and certainly unprofessional. They went down rabbit holes and made requests they knew to be bogus just to be able to charge her more fees. The entire time Ali represented me well and refused to give in or play their games. I appreciate everything Ali and Tina did for me during one of the most difficult times in my life. I am thankful to have come out the other side of this better, happier and financially stable. I STRONGLY recommend Ali to anyone who wants a tough, no-nonsense attorney to protect them.

Great initial consult

I have a CS case in WA state (Clark County) that is eligible for moving down to OR. Tina, Alison's assistant, was able to secure a phone consultation with Alison within a very reasonable about of time, and was very friendly as well. After carefully listening and offering well thought out response to... my questions, Alison suggested that I consult with an attorney licensed in OR since the law and considerations are slightly different than WA state. She gave high kudos to the attorney I asked about who has expertise in both states, which was quite reassuring. If I need a CS attorney only for the state of WA, I will definitely return to Alison.

Unmatched integrity, professionalism and genuine compassion

Alison represented me in my divorce. I divorced a local attorney. I was both devastated and terrified as I could no longer trust my then husband and had no idea what I was facing by filing for divorce. Alison and her assistant Tina made me feel some relief as they explained how I could file and h...ave him served without him knowing until he was served and I was protected. I was extremely fearful of my ex as he was extremely controlling, especially with money. I was terrified he would empty the bank accounts and change the locks on me. Fortunately, Alison was able to explain the process to me in terms I could understand and with a human compassion rarely seen from people in the legal field. Despite the circumstances, I felt reassured and safe and ready to face a divorce. I believe that integrity is who you are when nobody is looking. My ex tried to pull the typical crap in a divorce case such as "under reporting" his income by some 80%. Alison did not tolerate this behavior, especially from a peer and threatened to report his actions to the Washington State Bar Association. This demonstrates to me her high integrity and ethical conduct in not only holding herself accountable to the standards of professional conduct, but enforcing it as well. Alison and her assistant Tina were very responsive to my many e-mails and phone calls during the initial phase of my divorce when your life is falling apart and you don't know which way is up. It was extremely comforting to know "there was someone on my side" and kept me informed of the status and what everything meant. She was even concerned about my dogs and what would happen to them! Divorce and any other form of litigation is one of the most stressful things to ever have to go through. I would not wish it on anyone. But, I will and have recommended Alison to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Really bad experience that could have cost me my children.

Alison Greene represented me in a recent divorce case. Not only was there no follow up during the case progression, but frequently Ms. Greene showed up to 1 hour late to our scheduled meetings. Many times she would confuse my case with other clients that she represented. On a few occasions she ...would refer to me by the wrong name or ask me to pronounce it for her. "Kathy" is not to difficult to pronounce for anyone. After thousands of dollars spent on a divorce attorney, I terminated our relationship and sought other representation. My new Attorney was "Night & Day" above what I was used to with Ms. Greene. In my opinion, a divorce proceeding is one of single most stressful life situations one must go through. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this attorney, if you want reasonable and professional representation. I have placed my review anonymously in fear of retaliation by my former attorney. This should give you some indication of what i think of her tactics and integrity.

Unfortunately, I do not recall this past client. For a long time I have thought about which client of mine this could have been. There is no client that I have represented in the past that matches this fact pattern. I have never been contacted by this person to discuss specific issues. I have represented hundreds of clients over the years. I attempt to keep a prompt schedule with my clients. There may be times that my appointment run a little longer than expected or court runs a little late. I cannot remember a single incident where I was over an hour late to an appointment. I am troubled that even a single client has issues with my representation and did not contact me to discuss.
