Allison helped us with a child custody issue. She explained the details of how to proceed and was with us every step of the way. Ali and her assistant Tina were wonderful in helping me with my child support modification. I'm self employed, and the state along with my daughters mother were trying to base my income incorrectly by using my gross business receipts instead of my actual income from the business. Ali and Tina worke...d with my wife and accountant to come up with the correct income that should be used cutting what the state and my daughters mother was suggesting I pay in half. Ali was fair in court and didn't try to take away what was owed to my daughters mother, but made sure that what I was paying was a justifiable amount based on my actual income. My daughter is 18 now so we no longer have to worry about support adjustments, but if I did we would hire Ali again - no questions asked! If I had to describe this team with one word it would be "integrity". Ali is very well respected by the judges which was obvious during our proceedings. I can't say enough about how thankful my wife and I are for Ali and Tina's help.
