Chad R Zandi

Chad jumped in after I was served with a CR 60 motion to reopen my divorce - My ex got an attorney and made a bunch of accusations without any substance and I had to go to court to defend myself. I came to Chad's office with a large amount of documentation drowning in the details. He took the mountai...n of detail and drill it down to the essence of the case. He was able to argue it clearly with the judge in a short time frame. His assistant Erin always quickly responded to my questions and we won the case. I will retain Chad if I ever have any issues that fall with in his area of practice. I would highly recommend his office when faced with any type of stressful family court issues.

As a child, my father was caring, smart, helpful, and always on my side. My father has been gone several years, but that’s the feeling I got every time I spoke with Mr Zandi. Even though I was stressed out, he would calmly and confidently share his plan and strategy and cover all possible outcomes.... And what to expect. I was amazed at his vast knowledge and the way he could recall even the smallest detail of the case when needed. Which showed me he listens, and he cares. At trial he of course won my case, I really could easily go on about his merits, great humor and compassion. I must also mention Erin Eastwood, his Legal Assistant, whom I really came to trust, depend on, and admire. She is brilliant!

Besides knowing family law very well he is very keen on human psychology and knows human behavior. His courtroom representation is sharp and to the point.... Our first experience was in obtaining legal guardianship. His office helped every step of the way and represented us well in the courtroom. We were nervous but Chad was confident in our case and his abilities. He put us at ease and with a big smile we became confident too! The second time we needed his services was an adoption. Once again, his knowledge of the law made it a very happy win.
