Chad was recommended by the opposing lawyer in my case as highly proficient, direct, yet has a sophisticated understanding of the nuances of a divorce that ideally would be cooperative. His schedule was so very full, yet he was able to work with me, was very clear on boundaries and expectations I s...hould have of him and the process. He was able to help reduce the emotionality of the situation for me. In the end the situation was resolved in a manner that was a much better than it was looking at the beginning. When necessary he can 'put on the gloves' but at the same time is pragmatic on when it is best to resolve through mediation and negotiation. An empathetic listener who always had clear next steps. Every time I stepped into the office, it felt professional and welcoming. Erin also did a great job and was always a few steps ahead to make things proceed smoothly and explained patiently when I had questions.

Chad jumped in after I was served with a CR 60 motion to reopen my divorce - My ex got an attorney and made a bunch of accusations without any substance and I had to go to court to defend myself. He was able to argue it clearly with the judge in a short time frame. His assistant Erin always quickly responded to my questions and we won the case.
