Chad and his team were great and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. He was quick to respond to my emails, as was Erin. I have a difficult time articulating my frustrations but he took the time to ask all the questions, read all of my lengthy emails, and understand where i was comin...g from. He was able to help reduce the emotionality of the situation for me. In the end the situation was resolved in a manner that was a much better than it was looking at the beginning. When necessary he can 'put on the gloves' but at the same time is pragmatic on when it is best to resolve through mediation and negotiation. An empathetic listener who always had clear next steps. Every time I stepped into the office, it felt professional and welcoming. Erin also did a great job and was always a few steps ahead to make things proceed smoothly and explained patiently when I had questions.
