Chad R Zandi

Chad was reffered to me by a aqaintance as I was starting my long journey of a divorce process. He is point blank a no nonsense type personality - Gets the job done even if you dont understand his approach and see the whole picture. In the long run you will see he has your best interests at heart and... fights for you when the time comes. I worked mostly with his assistant until the final battle and the whole process ( Alot I didnt understand - Why this and not that but in the long run he was worth every penny I spent .) Without him I would be pennyless and on the street contributing to the homeless population. If you have a problem and need advice or a resolution to a situation you have no control over - Then give Chad and his team a chance to help you. Im sure you will not be disappointed, If he can go up againgst arrguably the best female lawyer in the area and him being arguably the best Male Lawyer in the area and comeout of it with my shirt still on my back and a chance to start over - I call that a WIN - Anyway you look at it- in these type situations -both parties loose one way or the other - Chad just made my loosing part of it eaisier to recoup from and start over. So for that Im am very greatfull. Without his guidance Im a positive everything would have came out alot differnt and my future would have been a huge question mark. Now I have a chance to start over and repair my life and for that I would have paid any amount but his rates were reasonable and was willing to work with you if need be, Overall if you need help don't hesitate to call Chad he will goto bat for you, win in the long run, and most likely everyone needs a pitch hitter once in a awhile and you can count on him to knock it out of the park when he finally gets up to bat. My situation was a very long process but in the long run he came through and thats all I could ask of him. He did what he set out to do. For that I am and will forever be greatful for his help in guiding me through this very stressful and nerve racking divorce process. All I can say is give him a call and if he agrees with your fight he will stand up and fight for you tooth and nail. You can't ask for anymore then that in this day and age.

Chad jumped in after I was served with a CR 60 motion to reopen my divorce - My ex got an attorney and made a bunch of accusations without any substance and I had to go to court to defend myself. I came to Chad's office with a large amount of documentation drowning in the details. He took the mountai...n of detail and drill it down to the essence of the case. He was able to argue it clearly with the judge in a short time frame. His assistant Erin always quickly responded to my questions and we won the case. I will retain Chad if I ever have any issues that fall with in his area of practice. I would highly recommend his office when faced with any type of stressful family court issues.

I use the word 'unexpected' not as a reflection on service, but of my lack of knowledge of the divorce process. I appreciate Carlee and her assistant, Brianne, SO MUCH! Met with multiple attorneys for a straightforward divorce involving property but no kids; Chad had reasonable rates and was very upfront/straightforward about potential outcomes (both positive and negative) and he was just a nice guy, so I chose him. No running up bills, good strategic and practical ...advice throughout, and excellent demeanor. Achieved the desired outcome at minimal cost, always prompt and professional. Office staff is also helpful, and he was professional and prepared at court. Highly recommended.
