About Quinn
Biography
As a former Clark County deputy prosecuting attorney and in-house insurance defense attorney for a large international insurance company, litigation is my passion. That is why I have chosen personal injury as my primary practice area. Having worked these cases from the other side, I know how the insurance companies strategize their attacks. Of course, I believe an approrpiate, fair settlement should be the primary goal due to the emotional and financial costs of litigation. However, when the other side does not play fair, and frequently they do not, then my past experience is invaluable and I believe a strong, aggressive offense is necessary to represent my clients against these powerful entities.
My landlord-tenant practice is limited to landlords only. I do not represents tenants to avoid conflicts.
