Steady, practical, and effective — reaffirmation done, case on schedule

I worked with Mark Carter (Navigate Law Group) on a Chapter 7 in Clark County. When my lender sprung a last-minute wet-ink requirement just before discharge, Mark quickly secured a short discharge extension and guided me through next steps. Tracey was relentless in coordinating with the lender, and t...he reaffirmation was fully executed and filed. Mark was calm, communicative, and mindful of my budget during an unexpected motion, all while keeping the case on track. I’m grateful for their professionalism and results, and I strongly recommend Mark Carter and Navigate Law Group.

Very good bankruptcy lawyer

Me and my husband used Mr. Carter to file our bankruptcy. We were very nervous before our first meeting but his assistant treated us very well on the phone and Mr. Carter made us feel at ease during our meeting. He was very professional but at the same time did not speak down to us. He treated us... with respect and did a good job helping us through a very difficult time.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2003.

Censure issued in WA, 2003

updated on 01/13/2010

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
