We followed Mr. Abrams instructions and forwarded him the documents that we had proving our ownership. In three months he had completed the transfer of our ownership ba...ck to the company now holding the timeshares. We found Mr. Abrams to be forthright and clear. His explanatory documents were easy to read. We were kept informed throughout the process. We have considered his fee to be reasonable, especially considering that we had previously spent nearly double the amount attempting to sell the timeshare. Its not often that I take time to write these reviews but the Abrams firm delivered what they promised to do and that is to get my wife and I out of the time share trap. If your expecting a quick fix (which is not realistic and a red flag for any company) then you should go somewhere else because it's the real world here. John Abrams had an uphill battle with our timeshare we had to be patient but eventually we got out of our timeshare. I highly recommend them.
