When I first met Jamie, I was impressed with her ability to answer my questions. I had applied for SSDI the first time and was turned down so I sought out Halpern Olivaries Firm for help. I just didn’t have the stamina to fight the legal system on my own, nor did I know how. I had thought that my case would be dragged out on for a couple of years, however within months we were successful. I was so thankful that she was able to go to bat for me. Put the fight in her hands and relax.

After 3 years Jamie put our case together and brought it before the judge. She was articulate and professional in court. I would even say she was aggressive. She definitely knew what needed to be done and how to do it. I would hire her again without question.

From the first time I met Jamie, she lowered my pulse from around 130 to 75. I am diagnosed bipolar and I am easily overwhelmed. Jamie helped me navigate through what I considered an extremely esoteric section of the law. I was lost. She explained it clearly and concisely, never getting frustrated when I disproved the old adage that "there are no dumb questions". When I would receive official documents in the mail, I would instantly panic. Then I would speak with Jamie and she assured me she would take care of it and I could relax. Her bedside manner is second to none. Armed with a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of her specialty, she calmly prepared me for my hearing in front of a judge. I had been rejected twice before meeting with Jamie, the rejections likely because of my relatively young age and education. I had no reason to believe the judge would overturn two rejections. But Jamie if Jamie was skeptical, she never showed it. She was always positive and that helped me tremendously.
This isn't as pithy as I meant it to be. It's just difficult to describe Jamie's intelligence, patience, her accessibility, in a few short paragraphs. My condition is very subjective and easy to dismiss, but if she ever doubted me, she never showed it.
Okay, I will end this. Jamie Olivares is a top-notch attorney who cares about her clients. And she puts that devotion into her work. That is why she is so successful and I will recommend anyone I can to lay their problems at her feet because she can ease their burden without judgment. As biblical as that sounds, it's true.
