Amy-azing !

Amy represents me. I had applied for social security and was represented by another lawyer that when I had my first hearing I was denied. He suggested I appeal that decision with another lawyer and that's how I found Amy ! She's straight to the point. Detailed and really knows her work. She found med...ical records and other important information pertaining to my case my other lawyer had not but certainly should have. She found reason for the appeal and won that hearing for a remand hearing which is basically a second chance redo of the first hearing again. For the first time I really felt like someone was on my side and there to help me ! If you have ever any doubts about her don't ! SHE KNOWS HER STUFF ! maybe having a background with social security appeals gives her that upper hand or maybe she is just that good or maybe both. ! We had my Remand hearing is was with a judge multiple lawyers had said was the hardest to get approved from. The same judge I had the first time. I freeze up in stressful situations. My mind goes blank. She knew exactly what to ask me to make me remember to stay on track and telly story in my own words. Every time we talked I felt literally like her only client even though I'm sure she has many. If you want to win your case Amy is a shark . If she believes in your case she will do everything to get you what you deserve. When she called to say we won the remand hearing I was shocked it didn't hit me for a couple days, the process had taken so long even before her I knew one day it would happen but had no immediate hopes. She's a lawyer that will really stand for you and the only layer I'd ever reference for such cases.
