I hope she is nicer, and more cooperative for you
Jeannette did what SHE wanted to with the claim, and did not tell us until the last moment that she had no intention of including most of the information that we provided her. We're paying the price for this now in our dealings with the SSA. She was really, really rude and hostile at several juncture...
