Victoria Shin Byerly

Victoria has been a great support to our family over the years, helping us navigate unfamiliar tax and estate planning systems. We always look forward to our meetings with Victoria as she is both friendly and professional and we know we will get the help we need.

My wife and I worked with a local established law firm in the Olympia area to develop a will and accompanying documents for us. After the preliminary consultations were completed and draft we received the draft documents, the association between Ms. Byerly and the law firm ended. We paid the remaining bill for services and ended our contact with the law firm. We contacted Ms. Byerly to complete the process of will development and she committed to help bring our will development to conclusion without further costs to us, despite her not having received additional funds from her previous law firm. She quickly followed through with her commitment, including accommodating several concerns we had with the draft documents. We commend Ms. Byerly for her gracious and generous follow up to our needs even though her departure from the law firm was not amicable.
