To me having to hire an attorney to resolve child support issues was a very scary step to take. Mr Lucenko handled my divorce. With Mr. Lucenko you get exactly what you pay for. If you are a higher earning individual and can easily afford his rates then he will work hard for you and you will get the best representation. If you are in the lower tier earning wise and struggle to make your payme...nts you will get lower tier representation. The latter is me. He was great in the beginning but when my initial payment was depleted that was the end of my good representation. Unfortunately it happened right at the mediation phase which in my opinion is the the most important. I was basically left on my own, he was barely in the room as my advocate during the process and I got beat badly. In hindsight, I should have just walked out of the room, I would have been much better off today. So, If you can afford Mr. Lucenko and can keep him happy monetarily then I would recommend him. But, if there is any hint of you not being able to easily afford his fees. Then go find another attorney.
