Chuck represented me in a lengthy and costly case. He maintained representing the voice of reason keeping the kids interest in mind. No matter how emotionally charged attacks my ex less honest ( but also experienced ) lawyer threw to inflame the case further Chuck stayed focused and prepared. If you have kids involved Chuck is the best choice in Thurston County.

Chuck represented me in a rather lengthy divorce that even went to the Court Of Appeals. He was always extremely prepared, organized and on top of the entire case. Very professional and knowlegable. I would have Chuck represent me again if I ever needed legal counsel in the future.

Chuck represented me in a divorce from my wife - herself a divorce attorney. What I appreciated about Chuck was his knowledge of the law, command of local rules and procedures (the case was filed in Thurston County vs. Pierce County where my wife practiced), and his ability to "ground me" when I was most stressed out.
Chuck truly enjoys his work. He believes that parties should be able to work out differences without paying attorneys to do it for them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Chuck commanded every court appearance we had and eased me through the entire process. In a divorce, nobody wins but both parties eventually got what they wanted without a lot of "bloodshed".
Patrick Rawnsley, Family Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I consider myself fortunate to have known Chuck the entirety of my legal career and have had many cases against him - the bulk of which have been contentious, hard fought actions. Keeping this in mind, we have managed to resolve everyone of them by agreement which is a testament to his skills as an attorney and negotiator. He is as much of a zealous advocate as he is zealous in resolving cases by agreement. He has served our local and state bars for many years. He is one of my trusted sounding boards.
