Catherine Laura Lee Case

Mrs. Catherine Guza was my lawyer from October of 2018 until February of 2020 while I was participating in Family Recovery Court and navigating my way through a DCYF dependency case involving my then 1.5 year old son. When I was very desperate and scared like so many parents that go through this struggle, a family member had told me about free legal aid/free consultation at a legal aid clinic. This is were I met Catherine! She was the advising volunteer that night and so wonderful in explaining what I needed to ...do first, what paperwork needed to be filled out and filed, etc. It was so overwhelming.
