DO NOT HIRE! This is my personal experience. My personal opinion. This law firm took over 50k from me (90 days). I had 3 separate paralegals representing me at different times. Each paralegal wanted to do something completely different each time I was billed for those different ways and methods. Two ...different attorneys each attorney wanted to do things differently and each time I was billed separately for each one of those. This is by far one of the worst decisions I've ever made is hiring this Law firm for my divorce. I watched someone who costs 5k rip them apart in court. In my personal opinion they did not care at all about what was going on they were just there for my money.

STAY AWAY from this attorney. (If I could give NEGATIVE 5 STARS - I would). Levey was NOT aggressive and did nothing to advance my case. After investing over $35K in professional fees - - I have nothing to show for his "work". Note: I'm not talking about an unfavorable outcome - - I mean NO O...UTCOME. After 8 months the case has not advanced AT ALL. Levey pulled a "Bait and Switch" and after cashing my escrow check assigned a different attorney to my case without consulting me. Levey came to court and called the opposing counsel by the wrong name - TWICE. Levey's staff is completely ineffective - - his other attorney showed up to court and court proceedings LATE - - 3 TIMES!!! The office staff is not coordinated and when one paralegal is out of the office - none of the others have access to information or the ability to do work. Levey does not remember key information and facts about your case - - I can't begin to count the number of times I've answered the same simple questions about simple issues (how many kids, etc...) Bottom Line: in my case - Ken Levey was good at cashing checks - and bad at practicing law. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have hired multi attorneys over the years, I have seen them be both successful and unsuccessful. The unsuccessful always do to poor planning, possible because of laziness, and always with a bossy sense of confidence. I have seen another lawyer dance the dance in court while the whole time being le...ss than truthful in his statements to the judge. Ken levey is successful do to his mind. He asked questions to determine our goals, he asked more questions to determine the boundaries of compromise we could tolerate, and then presented options - plans of attack. He spoke clearly about what each option may cost, due to the pitfalls and obstacles of each, and the chances for levels of success at each option. It was like working with a grandmaster of chess outlining each strategy, the likely response of the other parties, the time for the response, the cost of the response, where each of these chess moves towards our end goal would leave us in our daily lives-again outline the real cost, financial and toll of exerted will to live. And to make it even easier, it was like working with a grandmaster of chess while he taught you with the book he wrote "chess for dummies", the big yellow book series some of us have used to become familiar with areas we know nothing about. I wish all lawyers were like Ken, intelligent, truthful, knowledgeable, and clearly an artist in his field. A true professional, i can think of no better advocate to recommend in his field, especially after a the store is of family and custody I have heard over the years. BTW, Ken's solution to our issue was on point, financially, along with his advice on how to use it in our interaction. Ken also follows up, to make sure all is well. There is no reason now for him to do it, the kiddo is 18 but he still calls. Thanks Ken, to you and your team.

Kenneth is a great attorney that came to my rescue. After battling with divorce for over 3 years and two previous attorney's, I sincerely felt I could do better by myself. I'm not an attorney so I couldn't get anywhere with the judge. As a last resort I called Ken, he agreed to work for me and provi...ded real honest support. I didn't have to suggest ever move, like my previous counsel. He knew what he was doing and understood what the courts need and what judges are looking for, which made things much easier for me. He provided honest options on what may or may not work, and how to best proceed. In the end, let's just say my children are happy living with their father and I am very pleased the the results Kenneth Levey provided. As a result I have used his services more than once, and referred several friends, all of which have been grateful.
