He represented me in my divorce and was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, that is until I paid him. I received a portion of my settlement and he held $1000 in trust in case any issues came up. Since then, I have not gotten my settlement in it’s entirety, and have made several atte...mpts to contact Joel because he has my money in trust. I have explained the issue via email, and in my many voicemails, all of which are documented. He recently (FINALLY) responded after several months asking what the issue was. Are you kidding me? And then he charged me for that response never acknowledging my actual issue. I am incredibly disappointed and am at a loss as to what to do. I will be going to the BBB with my documtation and going to the courthouse.
