The Court of Appeals upheld our requested restrictions against the father and our use of Skype for trial testimony, setting new legal precedent for Washington State.
Client's relocation was allowed, father's visits were restricted, abuse allegations were unfounded and fees were awarded.

Domestic violence protection order was dismissed and father received 50/50 custody.
Motion was denied and fees were awarded.
