Another time, we were under a tight deadline to complete the house sale, and some of the heirs were balking. Mr. Walk hosted a conference call and was able to negotiate agreement among the parties and we were able to sell the property without delay. A few days before the house closed, we had to deal with an unauthorized trailer and unauthorized people on the property. Again, Mr. Walk got it resolved in time for the closing.
