Our legal situation involves an elder case (my mother who is inca...pacitated), a real estate transaction and a Power of Attorney (POA) with a breach of fiduciary duties. When circumstances ramped up the timeline, Jacque and her able staff provided a quick response and got us into court the following day for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) which is extremely difficult to get. The judge granted it to Jacque without hesitancy. Yeah! As things progressed, this complex case took many twists and turns. It’s extremely difficult to un-ring the bell of retrieving land that had been secretly sold undervalue to my sister. We have found Jacque to honest, ethical and uses good judgement. She thinks through the entire situation before taking action. She does not shoot from the hip, only to regret it later. She is easy to work with, her staff is superb and we would definitely recommend her. She does NOT hesitate to take on difficult, complex cases, in fact, she thrives on them. Her 32 years of experience shines through.
