Biography
Tanner Olson is the founder of Legacy Law and his primary areas of practice include estate planning and probate. Tanner has a background in civil litigation, which focused on probate and TEDRA litigation, contract law, construction law, and real estate law.
Tanner is a graduate of Michigan State College of Law, where he spent time focusing on solving problems in the changing legal market. Prior to attending law school, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Government, with a minor in Africana Studies, from Eastern Washington University. While there, Tanner developed a passion for public policy. Thus, when studying at EWU, he spent a semester as an intern with the Washington State Senate to further his interest in government.
When Tanner is not in the office he spends his time cheering on various local sports teams and is an avid outdoorsman.
