In my ongoing legal battles against my ex-wife, I have previously utilized two other attorneys. Prior concerns with those attorneys ranged from lack of responsiveness to indecisiveness. At the first meeting with Anthony there was little doubt that he was the perfect attorney that my family needed. I felt as if I was under unprovoked assault and clearly being unfairly treated. It took him a matter of minutes to determine that I was not getting the proper legal representation that I n...eeded. During these minutes, he made it clear that I did indeed have a substantial case to present to the court. Anthony’s persuasive oral argument(s) in court left the commissioner with no choice but to grant me a favorable ruling and best of all, my ex-wife was held in contempt of court for her outlandish behaviour. My ex-wife was sobbing in court and had to be physically held up for fear of fainting during his arguments; I felt a ping of empathy for my mother of my children, but in the end Anthony was only presenting the true facts of the case. In the end, I am now a father in custody of his children. My children are safe, happy, and this, in large part, is due to the hard work put in by Anthony and Mallory. I am eternally grateful I sought his counsel and it was well worth the costs. Results matter, and Anthony and Mallory are the best in the business in achieving them. If you are reading this, then, you are either considering hiring an attorney, or trying to check out the reviews for your ex’s attorney. I sympathize for both parties, one for having to go through such an emotional and financial shipwreck, the other, for the fact you will not, I repeat, you will no...t, receive what you hope for if Mr. Zorich is representing your ex-spouse. No one can accurately prepare you for the roller coaster of a divorce, particularly one lasting over 25 years, as was my case. When I first met Tony, it was such a relief, someone who said, "I am here to protect you legally and financially in order to put you in the best position possible to rebuild your new life as a single person" My ex-husband had assumed that he could walk away from the marriage, split assets 50/50, sell the house and have all messy matters completed in 6 months. Because of Tony’s assistance, I became a bit of an expert on spousal support, retirement splits, temporary orders, depositions, discovery papers, witness lists, and mediation. Tony will explain to you in detail the legal steps (and there are many) that will need to be taken. Tony is confident and that is evident when he makes a court appearance. He commands the room, shakes hands with all, even opposing counsel. Once speaking on your behalf, he is eloquent, well- spoken, and never whiny. My ex-husband changed attorneys through our divorce and Tony informed me truthfully that things were going to be very different and tough. However, he reiterated that he had success against this attorney and was confident that we would do well. The opposing attorney tried to antagonize Tony (including me) and he did not take the bait. He is able to remain professional in especially heated moments. I felt like I could trust him and he sincerely cared about my case and results. This is an attorney I respect and just wish he would practice on his own so I can use his services for any other legal matters I might have in the future. My case ended with mediation, 6 weeks shy of our court date. I had spousal support during our separation--which was actually quite generous and was able to keep the property I wanted with a cash out to my ex. Tony’s fees are higher than average and I needed financial help in order to maintain his services. The sad reality is that divorce is very expensive and the legal professionals are those who really get ahead from broken marriages. Mallory is an excellent assistant to him. Both of them respond to questions and understand the importance of building client relationships. I recommend hiring Mr. Zorich for your divorce. I also recommend you take an active role in your divorce and defend yourself as best as you can. You have to be the smart soldier and let Tony be the captain.
