Each time that I've needed legal help with family law issues I've always gone directly to Anthony Zorich. In my ongoing legal battles against my ex-wife, I have previously utilized two other attorneys. Prior concerns with those attorneys ranged from lack of responsiveness to indecisiveness. He is adept at assessing the entire situation and approaching a case with an over-arching view of how to meet with success. I initially retained Tony's services to combat a vindictive and libelous contempt motion filed by my ex. Bottom line--the motion was thrown out before going to court and mediation resulted in my obtaining more concrete boundaries to keep further nonsense from happening again. At the first meeting with Anthony there was little doubt that he was the perfect attorney that my family needed. I felt as if I was under unprovoked assault and clearly being unfairly treated. It took him a matter of minutes to determine that I was not getting the proper legal representation that I n...eeded. During these minutes, he made it clear that I did indeed have a substantial case to present to the court. Being a father I felt that the deck was likely stacked against me and my children in courts (the statistics paint a dismal picture). So trepidation and panic began part and parcel of my life. This trepidation was soon to end and justice was about to take shape for my family. Anthony worked effectively and quickly built up a case and made his strategy clear. He dictated the tempo of the opposition and forced integrity into their equation. When integrity and court orders were violated Anthony wasted no time in consulting with me and made the right legal move at the right time. Knowing the particulars, the opposition’s weakness(es), and the totality of the case, was all that was needed to effectively strike. The legal arguments, once put pen to paper, consisted of facts, facts, facts. There was no waste in his preparation and the pleadings he created were absolutely undeniable and filled with the truth. Anthony’s persuasive oral argument(s) in court left the commissioner with no choice but to grant me a favorable ruling and best of all, my ex-wife was held in contempt of court for her outlandish behaviour. My ex-wife was sobbing in court and had to be physically held up for fear of fainting during his arguments; I felt a ping of empathy for my mother of my children, but in the end Anthony was only presenting the true facts of the case. In the end, I am now a father in custody of his children. My children are safe, happy, and this, in large part, is due to the hard work put in by Anthony and Mallory. I am eternally grateful I sought his counsel and it was well worth the costs. Results matter, and Anthony and Mallory are the best in the business in achieving them. I met with Tony after consulting another attorney who told me I was toast. My initial meeting with Tony and his paralegal Mallory was great. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and answered questions I didn't even think about. Tony reassured me I wasn't toast and helped me... come up with a game plan to help me through my divorce. I know I wasn't his only client but I felt like I was. I could always get in contact with Tony and Mallory and they kept me informed about everything that was going on with my case. Tony always laid out all aspects of any given situations and the pros and cons of all approaches and let me make the decisions about the direction I wanted to move and fully supported those decisions. I never felt alone and Tony and Mallory were quick to "talk me off the ledge" on those occasions when things were getting crazy. Anthony Zorich is absolutely amazing. Mr. Zorich recently represented me in a Child Custody and Relocation case where my Ex-Husband was contesting a move to a new home and school district. My Ex was demanding multiple changes to our Parenting Plan. Anthony, and his team, was very profession, and ...extremely efficient. I would like to point out that I was a little shocked at the cost of retaining him initially. Like I mentioned earlier, I had already gone through a very bitter and lengthy divorce and had spent thousands of dollars in attorney fees. HOWEVER, Anthony's services and level of expertise are truly worth every penny. You will see results faster and ultimately, in the end, spend less money. After leaving court that day, I was contacted by Mr. Zorich within a few hours. My Ex-Husband's attorney wanted to negotiate a settlement, which I wouldn't consider.
