Jeffrey Alan Robinson

I hired Jeff Robinson to assist me with a complicated divorce. I had him retained for over a year. Fees reaching well into the upper $40,000.00, and not one thing was accomplished with my case. He did not respond to phone calls or emails. When my case came to court, he wasn’t even there. He sent... his partner, whom I’ve never met or spoken to. I lost my case. I hired him because he had a reputation as a “pit bull”, and yet he wasn’t even in court to represent me. I then had to hire an appellate attorney, at an additional cost, to file an appeal on my behalf, because Mr. Robinson did not work with appeals. I won my appeal and had to hire a 3rd attorney to represent me in future proceedings. Mr Robinson is, in my opinion, a very poor attorney. His communication skills are non existent and he lied to my face regarding why he wasn’t in court on my behalf. Don’t waste your time or money hiring him.

Jeff is sharp, analytical, and strategic. His succinct statements are all purposeful and powerful. He is fair, honest, and respectful to all parties. He educated me about the limits & boundaries of my case. We got everything that we fought for. They say nobody wins in a divorce. However, in my case, ...I was able to protect my daughter and get my life and confidence back. Jeff was a fearless & compassionate advocate for me and my daughter. With his help, all the harassments and endless demands of the other party have ceased. We are at peace. We are excited about today and the future. We will always be grateful to Jeff and to his Team.

Where to start... I found Jeff Robinson by doing a general search of great lawyers in my area. I was headed back to court after failed co-parenting and knew I wanted a tough lawyer to finally put a stop to harassment and nonsense. The name Jeff Robinson means something. I read reviews that he was ...THE lawyer you would want on your side. Not only because he does such a great job at representing you but because he is also feared to be on the opposite side of you. I had to meet him and I wasn't disappointed. From our first meeting, I knew he was a no nonsense type of lawyer. My litigation was drug out for almost a year. So much wasted energy and emotions over failed co-parenting and the willingness of opposing counsel to try and win no matter what. Jeff had strategy every step of the way and was smart. I was able to rely on his expertise and came out ahead in the end. The whole office was fun (as much fun as there could be) to work with. They were very professional and personable at the same time, which was very much appreciated. I am very meticulous and wanted to be involved in every step and Jeff and I worked very well together. Dealing with litigation is never easy (or cheap), but I can truthfully state that I will be calling Jeff if I ever find myself in this position again.

My counselor recommended I consult with Jeff after spending three months with another lawyer who she felt was asleep at the wheel. I hired Jeff and I am so glad I did! He was attentive and gave excellent advice. He helped me and my 4 kids through a very contentious divorce. He helped me fight a negat...ive GAL report. Jeff and his staff were dilligent and direct, confident and compassionate. With Jeff and his team's help, not only did I protect my children and our resources, but I felt protected throughout the time that we were battling. So the stress was tolerable instead of terrible. Jeff is the kind of person you would want to be around anyway,even if he wasn't your lawyer, he is kind, polite, and unpretentious with a delightful sense of humor. I would say he brought a lightness to what was the heaviest year of my life, even at trial. I would recommend him and his staff very highly and I am 100% satisfied with his work.

My Ex-Wife assassinated my character and flat out lied about me in a petition, in order to get me to pay much more than I should for child support and "extra expenses" as she likes to put it. I consulted with Jeff and advised him this wasn't going to be an easy case due to my Ex being a skilled liar... and having an Attorney that supports her behavior. Jeff reviewed my case and once he was convinced that I was going to be a good client, he agreed to take my case. In the end Jeff prevailed and really came through for me and he did it without using questionable tactics or twisting the truth. Jeff is expensive, but a genuine hero.
