Jeffrey Alan Robinson

I hired Jeff Robinson to assist me with a complicated divorce. I had him retained for over a year. Fees reaching well into the upper $40,000.00, and not one thing was accomplished with my case. He did not respond to phone calls or emails. When my case came to court, he wasn’t even there. He sent... his partner, whom I’ve never met or spoken to. I lost my case. I hired him because he had a reputation as a “pit bull”, and yet he wasn’t even in court to represent me. I then had to hire an appellate attorney, at an additional cost, to file an appeal on my behalf, because Mr. Robinson did not work with appeals. I won my appeal and had to hire a 3rd attorney to represent me in future proceedings. Mr Robinson is, in my opinion, a very poor attorney. His communication skills are non existent and he lied to my face regarding why he wasn’t in court on my behalf. Don’t waste your time or money hiring him.

I can’t emphasize enough what a difference Jeff made in my life during my divorce process. I had literally met with 4 other divorce attorneys prior to meeting Jeff, and they all told me the same thing, which is essentially that I would be financially crippled by divorce. The attorney I hired before J...eff made my life a living hell (advice - DO NOT hire McKinley Irving). Jeff essentially gave me my life back, and ultimately things were settled in a way that did not devastate me financially. I only wish had hired him from the start.

Met with Jeff was charged a high rate to speak with him about my case. Felt like I was seeing a used car sells person who was only concerned with how much money would be involved. Did not feel good about high sells tactics used to settle my issue, trying to use points in the case to sell me on the ...service.

Team, I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your efforts and dedication to my four children and myself over this last year and a half. It’s plainly evident that you take your professions seriously. I have felt each of you living the ups and downs with me. Jeff, I appreciate ...you more than you’ll ever know. You’ve answered emails well into the early hours of mornings, sometimes while on vacations with your own family. You’ve put my mind at ease when I needed it most. You’ve been a role model as to how to act throughout our time together. There is no doubt that I’m leaving this experience a better man because of you. Deborah- your steady voice on the other end of the phone, your tireless pursuit of every document, each word you wrote in every declaration has had an impact on myself and this case. This is the most important event my life will ever see and I want to THANK YOU from the depths of my soul! Shannon- I know you weren’t with us throughout the entirety of the case but there were moments I was so glad to have you on my team- having a second set of eyes during the deposition felt so important. The mediation process- when the other party was attempting to paint a picture of normalcy with her and my sons relationship. To have you walk out of the conference room after hearing from the GAL. The words you said were “I think you’re going to be pleased with his recommendation” and boy was I. Lastly when you walked into the courtroom during trial you looked at me and smiled. While sitting there feeling completely alone that smile was just what I needed. Thank you! Jeff your staff has been compassionate, caring and steadfast in every way possible. Regardless of the outcome I know everyone involved has given far more than the normal amount they would give. Thank you, Jeremy The outcome- To understand the outcome you need to know what our goals were. Early on Mr Robinson asked me what I wanted and what were my goals. I replied that I wanted 50% custody of my four children and to pay X amount. Jeff and his staff were able to navigate the muddy waters (putting it kindly), he and his staff were able to get me 50% custody of my 4 amazing children and we landed smack dab on the number I was willing to pay. If you are finding yourself in a similar situation you owe it to yourself to sit down and speak to Mr Jeffrey Robinson. You won’t be sorry!

Almost 10 years ago, Jeff was recommended as THE attorney i should use in my child support/order case. Really wish i had... what i believed was an attorney i couldn't afford ended up being the one i couldn't afford not to use. Making the right choice then could've saved years of trouble but better l...ate than never. When it came rime to review the order, i knew where i needed to go. As always, he and his team were/are attentive, incredibly knowledgable and above all else, my advocate (and yours) & squarely in my corner. What i feared would be another round of, we'll just say getting the short end of the stick, was a favorable and very reasonable resolution. I just can't thank his office enough.
