Jeffrey Alan Robinson

I hired Jeff Robinson to assist me with a complicated divorce. I had him retained for over a year. Fees reaching well into the upper $40,000.00, and not one thing was accomplished with my case. He did not respond to phone calls or emails. When my case came to court, he wasn’t even there. He sent... his partner, whom I’ve never met or spoken to. I lost my case. I hired him because he had a reputation as a “pit bull”, and yet he wasn’t even in court to represent me. I then had to hire an appellate attorney, at an additional cost, to file an appeal on my behalf, because Mr. Robinson did not work with appeals. I won my appeal and had to hire a 3rd attorney to represent me in future proceedings. Mr Robinson is, in my opinion, a very poor attorney. His communication skills are non existent and he lied to my face regarding why he wasn’t in court on my behalf. Don’t waste your time or money hiring him.

I chose Mr Robinson to represent me throughout my highly contentious divorce case. It was a 2 year process due to courtroom delays, lack of cooperation from my ex and covid delays. This was difficult for me, but Mr Robinson was always prepared and helped me feel comfortable in the courtroom and on ...zoom. He is very professional and well respected in the community and courtroom. Mr Robinson and his paralegal are an excellent team and I highly recommend them.

Where to start... I found Jeff Robinson by doing a general search of great lawyers in my area. I was headed back to court after failed co-parenting and knew I wanted a tough lawyer to finally put a stop to harassment and nonsense. The name Jeff Robinson means something. I read reviews that he was ...THE lawyer you would want on your side. Not only because he does such a great job at representing you but because he is also feared to be on the opposite side of you. I had to meet him and I wasn't disappointed. From our first meeting, I knew he was a no nonsense type of lawyer. My litigation was drug out for almost a year. So much wasted energy and emotions over failed co-parenting and the willingness of opposing counsel to try and win no matter what. Jeff had strategy every step of the way and was smart. I was able to rely on his expertise and came out ahead in the end. The whole office was fun (as much fun as there could be) to work with. They were very professional and personable at the same time, which was very much appreciated. I am very meticulous and wanted to be involved in every step and Jeff and I worked very well together. Dealing with litigation is never easy (or cheap), but I can truthfully state that I will be calling Jeff if I ever find myself in this position again.

Mr. Robinson was the right choice with a long drawn out divorce of which I had to change attorneys and boy was I glad I did. Jeffery brought to light information and the law in a way I never was aware of after some time with another attorney. This understanding of a mans rights in a divorce was he...lpful to settle in little time that both parties could get on with their lives. His staff were very helpful with communication and professional in all dealings had with them. I consulted with Jeffrey after my case was drawn out and going down a path that put me in a difficult place and after the consultation I hired Mr. Robinson to represent my case. With his expertise and professional representation a 19 month collaborative process was done in 8 hours of mediation. His understanding of my situation and ability to explain this position to others made for an equitable ending for both parties in a long term end of marriage situation. Thankful to Jeffrey and his staff and only wish I would have sought their expertise earlier.

I can’t emphasize enough what a difference Jeff made in my life during my divorce process. I had literally met with 4 other divorce attorneys prior to meeting Jeff, and they all told me the same thing, which is essentially that I would be financially crippled by divorce. The attorney I hired before J...eff made my life a living hell (advice - DO NOT hire McKinley Irving). Jeff essentially gave me my life back, and ultimately things were settled in a way that did not devastate me financially. I only wish had hired him from the start.
