I have dedicated my practice to giving each individual the best representation possible, and representing those as to how I would wish to be represented. I handle criminal misdemeanors and Class B and C felonies including DUI, Possession of Drugs and/or Paraphernalia, Driving While on a Suspended License (all degrees), assault, theft, malicious mischief, violation of protection orders, record expungement and more, as well as all traffic violations. I will be up front with you about your options and my fees, and I try to ensure there are never any surprises and welcome your questions, comments and feedback. No one ever wants to need a lawyer, but if you find yourself in that situation, I am here to assist you through the entire process.
