I have been handling traffic matters since 1990 and have broad experience in the area of traffic infractions.  Ever since I got my license and first ticket I have been an advocate for traffic defense.

No match for an aircraft!
It was the first time I had ever been accused of speeding by an aircraft and I had no idea how to defend myself. Luckily, Mr Greene was able to do that for me successfully. I didn't even need to go to court.

While my case was pending, the court made a mistake resulting in notice that my license would be suspended. Mr. Greene immediately had the error corrected. He represented me in court, and my case was dismissed. His web site has comprehensive information explaining the process of contesting a ticket, and the charge for his services was reasonable.

Case dismissed!
Working with Mitch Green was as easy as it comes. I got an HOV violation and instead of paying it and having it on my driving record which would affect my CDL, I paid Mitch instead. All it took was emailing him a photo of the ticket and he attended my court hearing in my place and the ticket was dismissed. It was well worth the money. I would highly recommend using him and his company.

A miracle worker.
Mitch Greene is a legitimate miracle worker. I got a chains violation ticket on NYE (what a way to ring in the new year), and it was super upsetting. And somehow he got the ticket dismissed! He’s like a magician. Outcome aside, he and his office were always very responsive and helpful about my questions and helped me navigate the whole process smoothly. I highly recommend him.

Mitch is an absolutel rock star when it comes to traffic law. He has never failed when it comes to taking care of my traffic tickets. I wouldn't have my license today if it was not for Mitch's efforts on my behalf.

2 20mph over tickets DISMISSED
I received 2 speeding tickets both circumstances were pretty messed up one didn’t even have a radar reading just said he just paced me another pulled me over on an on ramp when I was trying to safely merge now I’m 21 years old in a 550hp mustang that’s loud and could be very hard to believe I wasn’t being an idiot but I assure you I wasn’t and both times I was SHOCKED I got a ticket contacted Mitch on both occasions and both were dismissed process was painless and he always takes care of everything I even had a ticket when I first got my license for 23 mph over (coasted down a hill I admit I was going fast) and he got it deferred which has truly saved me a lot as far as insurance goes, I am extremely grateful for his quality work and the attention to detail he is a great lawyer and I have never gone to a court date or even met Mitch in person or over the phone he is flawless though!

Professional & Efficient!
Mitch helped me contest a speeding ticket- He was professional and attentive to my situation. He helped resolve my case in a timely manner and gave me regular updates! Everything was done online which was a huge bonus given COVID. I'd recommend or use Mitch again in a heart beat! Thanks again!

Speeding ticket
Mitch Greene and his office made getting a speeding ticket a lot less worse than it is. I received a speeding ticket and did not have appear in court and their law office took care of it for me. Great people and great service!
