Robert is a very smart attorney! Definitely knows his stuff. It did take a little bit off staying on top of him to get my case going, but I believe that is only because he's such a busy guy, always needed to be some where. Once he devotes his time to you, you'll get everything he said he'll do, and m...ore! Highly recommend!

Robert needs to communicate better with his clients. It seems as if he only wants your money, and then nothing else is done in your case. I'm very upset with the way my case was handled. As a client, not an attorney, I expect to be informed and educated about what my specific situation involves. I fe...lt like I was the attorney doing my own research, because Robert failed to call me. I strongly urge others to talk to Robert about what is going to be done in their case before paying him a dime! The work will not get done! I think this attorney does not truly care about his clients, and unfortunately, it shows. I am now working with a superb attorney who has actually researched my case and has done more than Robert in a short time frame. So disappointed!

I hired Robert after looking for an affordable lawyer, and I was running out of time: my trial was just two months away, and my spouse's attorney was a really aggressive person. I would have lost everything if it weren't for Robert! I'm so glad that I found him! At trial, I was impressed by his pa...ssion and his ability to cross-examine. He exposed the four witnesses lined up against me, and I got almost everything I wanted. The judge just didn't believe what the witnesses said against me. I got the real estate and 80% of the money we had saved. If I had found him earlier, and he could have prepared better, I would probably have done even better. Robert is very busy, and it shows, but he's really good and very passionate about his clients. I recommend him without hesitation.

Ch. 11 bankruptcies are difficult, very time-consuming, and they rarely if ever actually work. But Mr. La Rocco worked diligently to get my business ($1.5M worth) through a tough and challenging process. Two separate banks went up against us several times and tried to force a sell-off, and they lost.... Mr. La Rocco saved my livelihood. The fact that he also has a business degree has proven invaluable. He is reliable and returns calls within a day or two, usually the same day. He didn't miss any deadlines, and is personable and friendly, and easy to get along with. He fought hard for me, for about a year now. I recommend him without reservation.
