Darren DeFrance is amazing!

Darren took me through every step of what could have been a very messy divorce and made sure I came out on top as well as educated me about the process and the decision making. He was fair but also fought for me and made me feel comfortable during a very stressful time. I could not be happier with t...he way my divorce turned out and I could not have done it without him!

Organized, Detailed & Professional while still being Caring & Compassionate!

I originally met with Darren for a consultation for him to guide me in modifying my parenting plan. My situation was a little complicated and I need full custody of my daughter, but I thought as long as he guided me this one time, I could save those extra costs. My fiance' and I sat down with him and... after about 20 minutes I looked at my fiance' and said, "we HAVE to hire him". He was clear and direct with everything, but I felt as he truly cared to help me. We ended up hiring him and I am forever thankful we did. With such an exhausting and emotional process, he made it as simple and clean as possible. I felt he was incredibly fair in his fees and it was worth every penny. I tried to be as helpful and organized as possible in everything he needed from me, and he was always appreciative of that. I felt so confident through this process and it was finalized so much quicker than I thought possible. I now have full custody and so much peace of mind. I will absolutely return to him if I need anything further and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone needing help or guidance in Family Law.

Parenting plan revision.

Darren listened to what we were going through not only for details but because he was caring and kind. He never discussed finances with us he only cared first and foremost how our child was doing. There were so many details we needed to hammer out and he was always on top of things. I would 100...% recommend him to anyone and everyone who is going through a hard time especially if it had to do with your kiddos. It can be emotional but Darren gets things handled. Darren and Cynthia both care deeply about people and they are passionate about helping you and your family.

Compassionate and effective

I hired Darren to help me with a 3rd party guardian case. This case had some challenges and some last minute issues. Darren handled all the details as they arose with expertise . He communicated clearly with me. He was reassuring, knowledgeable, and effective with each issue as it presented itself.... I even had a non case related surprise come up that needed some quick assistance and Darren didn’t hesitate to step in and offer his expertise. I would highly recommend Darren and will definitely use him again if I find myself in need of a lawyer.
