A Father Can Win!!!!

Darren and his staff were absolutely amazing. Words express my appreciation or satisfaction with the results of my very, very complicated case. They were able to navigate the numerous hurdles of a father trying to get custody of his daughter.

Highly Skilled and Trustworthy

I worked with Darren DeFrance on a child custody case, and while no one truly 'wins' in these situations, Darren's dedication and expertise made a difficult process manageable. He came highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to seek his counsel again. Darren was incredibly responsive, easy to co...mmunicate with, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the Snohomish County court system. He navigated every step of the legal process with precision—ensuring all submissions were timely and nothing was overlooked. I felt confident in his ability to guide me through this challenging time. His support staff is also excellent.

Help when I needed it

I found Darren when I had been served with papers by my wife, and needed help navigating the ambiguity of the legal language and the situation at large. I retained him after our first meeting. Darren was easy to talk with, prompt in response, and very helpful throughout the entire divorce process. ...Darren gave me a sense of security in what is otherwise an overwhelming and intimidating period of time. I appreciate his counsel greatly.

Darren C. DeFrance makes a difference!

Darren is a highly competent and respectable lawyer. I feel blessed to have had Mr. DeFrance represent me in a child custody dispute. I was dealing with a contentious situation until Mr. DeFrance stepped in to help find a resolution. He is a good listener and a strong advocate, he was focused on b...uilding a realistic parenting plan that would benefit our child including reasonable child support. I appreciated his intelligence and how focused he was on my case although he may have had to work on other cases. Going through a custody dispute is stressful and it makes a huge difference when a lawyer seems to care about your goals and be a good communicater about the progress in the case. I am very confident in Mr. DeFrance's abilities as a lawyer and find it very easy to recommend him to family and friends.

Outstanding attorney!

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Darren C. DeFrance on the domestic violence restraining order defense. Darren is extremely professional, very knowledgeable in the family laws and also very caring. He used his incredible expertise and best-organized evidences to win the ca...se and get the DVPO request denied by the court. He saved my life and got my children back. Darren also represented, guided and helped me through my entire divorce proceedings until it was final. In fact, he gave me a little break on the cost which he doesn’t have to do. I highly recommend Darren C. DeFrance.
