Darren is the best lawyer I could have asked for! I ran into an issue of a biological father withholding the child from I (the mother) . We did not have a parenting plan filed through the court. I called Darren on a Monday by the end of the day I would say 8 hours he had my son returned to me! He con...tinued with my case tell the final parenting plan was filed! He was very informative and very easy to get ahold of! He answered all my questions and gave me all the knowledge! It has now been 4 years since the parenting plan and he still checks on us! I would recommend him over and over again. Thank you Darren!

Great Attorney, Great Firm and Great Service

I did some research and asking around before ultimately settling on Port Gardner Law for my legal separation / divorce, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. They came very highly recommended, and leveled with me at the beginning about what I could expect for my case, which was something I f...ound lacking in other law groups. It quickly became clear that they were one of the top tier firms in town. Darren DeFrance did an absolutely stellar job getting me through what was arguably the most difficult chapter of my life to date. My case was incredibly difficult and contentious, but Darren helped plot a course through all the various issues that eventually resulted in a settlement that I'm very happy with. I can't think of single situation where they erred, or where I wish things were done differently. I highly recommend Darren DeFrance and Port Gardner Law for anyone that finds themselves in need of a family law attorney. Their knowledge, experience, and professionalism is nothing short of outstanding.

Excellent service and helpful guidance

My divorce was a messy and emotionally draining process. Mr. DeFrance was extremely helpful in explaining the legal process and what really mattered at each step along the way. I would highly recommend his services and he still checks in every now and then, even a few years post-divorce, to see how t...hings are going.

Great follow through; great service

I interviewed attorneys for my custody case and selected Darren, which soon promised to be an excellent decision. He was thorough, strategic and clear in purpose and intent. He was also an excellent value and was mindful of being economic while being effective.
