About Rodi
Biography
In 1993, I became a founding partner of O’Loane Nunn Law Group. The firm has remained focused on family law and estate planning. I have extensive experience in hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences. In the past two years, I have trained in and become proficient in the collaborative model of divorce. As a member of the legal community I have been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine for 2001 and in 2008 I completed serving over ten years on the State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee working to improve the practice of family law.
My focus is on providing premium client counseling and finding client centered solutions for family law conflicts. The model my firm uses is one where individual clients have personal access to their lawyer. My recent training in the collaborative model has convinced me that litigation is one tool, but not the only tool in the family law practitioner's tool box.
When not practicing law, I enjoy skiing, golf and a little wine tasting, too.
