DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I organized all my paper and sent it to his office. He did not file the proper paper work with the Court in a timely manner which had negative reflect on my support case once in front of the Judge. His billing is often wrong. We agreed on the final invoice and I made final... payment however 3 year after I hired him turned my account in to a debt collector claiming that I owed him $4,000 more.

I hired Mike Mallory to help with custody issues with my two children. Previously I had used a female attorney who worked for the largest firm in town. I thought bigger was better.And it would look good to have a woman representing me.However the female attorney had no interes...t in fighting for me in court.She would tell me that I wouldn,t have a chance getting custody of my children. So then I contacted Mr Mallory. The difference was like night and day.More importantly he works very fast.From setting the first appointment to drawing up the papers,having them served on my ex all done very fast. Thanks to Mike Mallory I have custody of my two children. Also his rates are very fair. I would definatly recommend Mike for family law issues.

This attorney neglected to give me critical information regarding the laws that dictated how primary residential care was decided. He then proceeded to do absolutely nothing for months during my divorce and custody suit, not showing up at all for the first major hearing, thereby causing my husband to... get everything he wanted by default! He did not notify me that there might be a problem with him making it to the hearing so that I could at least go, and he sent a letter to the court clerk saying he might be a bit late. . .but he missed the entire hearing!!!! Then, when I addressed these issues with him, he was rude to me. I fired him and would never recommend him for any kind of legal help. . .he cost me dearly.
