The State spent thousands of man hours in three different cases over a three year period to try and put a medical marijuana patient behind bars. Mr. Mestel made the Feds dismiss their case at the day of jury trial at the door of the courthouse. But that was wise as he had just outright beat KIng And... Pierce County with jury acqittals.. The State spent, by their own accounting, a quarter of a million trying to jail me and he cost a mere fraction against that state funded onslaught and I paid him, gladly and with a fraction of what he and his wife got for my wife in two personal injury suits. I am still in the medical marijuana industry and paying taxes and doing fine as Mark whooped Goliaths ass three times before they backed off and now respect me as legitimate business man who payes taxes and has rights!
