Biography
I represent people who have been injured due to someone else’s fault. The circumstances and complexity of my cases vary greatly. There is also a commonality to my cases. In each case, a regular person has been hurt, and on the other side is an insurance company or corporation that is very large, complex, and motivated only by its own profit. In today’s world, there are lots of ways to get distracted from the truth. In each case I handle, my objective is to make the truth known. There is no better way to get a fair amount of money paid through settlement or trial.
After graduating with honors from Boston University School of Law, I became a public defender in Bellingham, Washington. I did that work because I care deeply about fairness and protecting regular, and imperfect people in our adversarial court system. After doing that work, it was not long until I transitioned into representing people in personal injury cases. My cases involve motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, construction site injuries, and numerous other circumstances.
