My divorce involved custody of a minor and asset issues. In addition, my wife's overseas parents paid carte blanche for her attorneys (there were four in succession), who pursued multiple phantom issues put forth by my wife. Gretchen handled the legal issues superbly and patiently steered the process...

I retained Gretchen Neale as counsel in early 2012 to assist me with a minor modification to my parenting plan agreement. I am very pleased with my end result. Gretchen was attentive and responsive and a bull dog when I needed her to be. There was a short time that she was away on maternity le...

When I retained the services of Gretchen Neale , I thought I was retaining a high level practitioner , a fluid attorney to represent my position throughout my dissolution process , it became very apparent in court I had mad a sub-par decision ,her court demeanor was to be completely steamrolled by o...

What a nightmare experience. What I thought I was hiring, was a high profile atty, what I ended up with was his understudy, Gretchen, who threw me under the bus. She did not represent me well, and cost me a lot of money for nothing. Very disappointing.
I am very sorry your expectations were not met. The practice of law in this area is always uncertain. As attorneys, we are not able or even permitted to guarantee a particular outcome. If there is anything that I can do, please feel free to contact me directly.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"Gretchen & I worked on a case together where I was handling a criminal matter for her client going through divorce proceedings. She was amazing keeping me in the loop, giving me resources to better serve our client, always looking out for the best interest of the client in both cases. I know our client has the world of faith in her, as do I. I also worked with Gretchen when she worked in criminal public interest organization, and she was a tough cookie! She fought hard for her clients, and was an impressive skilled litigator. Clients are well served with Gretchen on their side."
"Gretchen and I have worked together in the past. She is an excellent attorney with superb written and oral communications skills."
"Gretchen is one of the most passionate attorneys I know. She constantly stay up to date in her knowledge of the law, and is an excellent litigator. I highly recommend Gretchen."
