My number one referral for legal help!

Damon has very quickly become a valuable resource for me! I originally hired him for a divorce case, then for additional help with a temporary adjustment to the parenting plan. I was so thrilled with the help he was able to offer, I wound up referring a family member who he also helped tremendously. ...With a truly compassionate heart, he was able to accommodate my needs and has proven time and again that he genuinely cares about his clients. He was able to set me at ease and has truly shown to have a genuine heart. You can bet I will be keeping his number!!

Outstanding representation!

Damon provided me the absolute best possible outcome in dealing with my ex-wife and her succession of attorneys in a very difficult divorce. From the beginning he developed a strategy to help me achieve my goal of keeping custody of my two children. My ex-wife fled with our children under allegatio...ns of abuse. Damon was able to get them returned to me under temporary custody and with dissolution, permanent custody. He also enabled me to keep our house, which was a bonus for the stability it provides. His recommendations for hiring a Guardian ad Litem and mediator reflected his experience in navigating the local court rules and who would best support my case. In addition, both he and his paralegal Asa always kept me informed on what was happening, what I could expect and were always responsive to my concerns through what was a very difficult process.

Brilliant!

Damon has done excellent work assisting me with a 3rd Party Custody arrangement and is currently assisting me in adopting that child. Not only is Damon knowledgeable, articulate, and easy to work with, he dominates in the courtroom. His creativity, calm demeaner, and success in what he does, is truly... mind blowing. I would not go to anyone other than Damon Canfield for family law matters. He really does make things happen!

YOU'LL BE IN GOOD HANDS

Damon Canfield is definitely a lawyer who knows what he is doing. I have retained him in the past and will definitely go to only him if i need anything in the future. During the time Mr. Canfield was helping me, he was very intuitive and knowledgeable about my situation, questions i had, what could.../would happen, what to possibly expect, and followed through to the very end with me. Feeling confident while you are sitting in a courtroom with another party who is "not" on your side, is very scary. Mr. Canfield was extremely professional at all times, while making me feel like it was handled, and i definitley felt confident putting my trust in him. He is someone i turn to with questions even now and he always makes me feel important, taking time to help. You couldn't be in better hands!!! I have dealt with other attorneys in regards to traffic court and divorce, and i would not rate either one of them above a fair. I chose to retain Mr. Canfield once again for those matters as well. He will do right by you!

If you need an excellent attorney - Damon Canfield is your man!

I hired Damon Canfield to represent me in the legal separation from my partner of 24+ years. He is an excellent attorney. He has a stellar reputation, is very easy to talk to, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. He actually sits as Pro Tem Commissioner (judge) in the same courtrooms he argues ...cases in as a lawyer, so he is entirely at ease in the courtroom. His arguments are well prepared, well-spoken, precise and to the point. He steers the judge in a favorable legal direction. He leaves opposing counsel stumbling for words (you wouldn't want Damon on the other side of a legal argument). Besides being an excellent legal counsel, he is a kind and considerate man. I very highly recommend Damon!
