Comfortable in his care
Dan has seen me through a couple of court cases over the years. I’m mostly impressed with the “package” Dan offers. That is the combination of expertise, knowledge of the system and mostly is his down to earth demeanor.

Clear, honest, easy to work with
I had a legal issue last year, and I thought it was small enough that I could deal with it myself. Thank goodness I found Dan Felker. He was straightforward, no nonsense, and told me what he could do and what I could expect. Dan handled all the calls and details way better than I would have, and got a better outcome too.

I hired Daniel to settle a personal injury claim due to a car accident. Over the course of nine months, Daniel was kind and empathetic as he took the time to answer all of my questions. He consistently kept me up to date on my case and prepared me for how the case may play out. Daniel Felker is an excellent attorney.
Mr. Felker has represented me and my family for years. He helped defend me when I was wrongfully accused after an accident involving a Metro Bus and driver. We won our case. Meanwhile, my parents are elderly, and he has been very helpful with our family estate planning.

Dan was a a caring, compassionate attorney. From the start Dan was patient with my questions and always made time to talk me through the process and any anxieties I was experiencing. From the beginning and right up the end Dan has been helpful, kind and honest. A Great Attorney
Dan was a huge asset to me when I was in need of legal representation. I was quite nervous about the entire process and what could eventually happen to me but he was very good about going over all aspects of my case and easing my fears. Caring, and sympathetic
Dan through out my case was always was sympathetic and caring about my mental well being and answered every question I had thought out and took the time to explain everything that was happening. He would call if there were or was any update in the case, and is continuing to call although my sentence has been dealt. He also agreed to continue to represent me after my sentencing, which to me shows that he takes everyone he represents seriously. I would highly recommend Dan Felker for any case he will put his all into representing you.
