I have been in private practice since 1997, and am currently the owner of the Law Office of Charles R. Horner, PLLC. I have experience in a number of civil law areas, but my primary focus is on real estate and litigation related to it. Senior Exploitation?
I'm concerned that perhaps Mr. Horner may have preyed on a vulnerable senior citizen in a time of crisis by not performing ethical due diligence when attempting to assist a vulnerable senior citizen. Fees were collected for minimal and non-legal work performed.

Replied last March 02, 2024I am unable to determine the identity of any current or former client of mine to whom this review may be referring because it does not identify its source, which is set as "anonymous," and fails to indicate the nature of the matter for which my services were sought or what services were requested. Nor do I recollect receiving any complaint about services I have provided that might correspond to the extremely vague information contained in this review.
