I would absolutely recommend hiring Andrew Cherin!

Andrew was able to settle my claim at the maximum amount and worked hard to negotiate medical bills so the settlement portion directly paid out to me was maximized as much as possible. I received my settlement check in the mail in a timely manner and would def recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a... reputable, respectful & consistent attorney to represent them in their personal injury case! I had gone through 2 different personal injury attorneys for this accident who lacked attentiveness and were poor communicators, so I was on the hunt for a personal injury attorney who could meet my needs. I am so grateful to have found/hired Andrew to represent me. I had a very complicated injury case and often ran into circumstances that were difficult to navigate on my own. Andrew provided me with great direction, his communication is absolutely on point, I don't think I ever had to wait more than 2 days for a response via email. He always answered all of my questions and at times when my inquiries were things he had not dealt with before, he always took the time to investigate them further to help answer them the best he could/provide me with needed resources.

DUI

A little over a year ago I was cited for what I felt like was a very questionable Dui and Going through this process was extremely NERVE-RACKING! I had no hope and pretty much felt like my life was over. I began the search for an attorney and was referred to Andrew by a family friend. Andrew reviewed... my case an agreed that my Dui was indeed very questionable. He eased my mind going over my case with me as well as the entire process and assured that he would fight for me in court. Not only did he fight for me in court, he had my case thrown out! I don’t know what I would have done with a Dui but I know I no longer have to worry because of Andrew. Thanks!

Very Smooth Process

I was in an accident and a friend of mine referred me to Andrew. He was very knowledgable and made the process so smooth. Then my boyfriend was plowed into by someone who ran a red light and Andrew was able to take care of all the details. Believe me, when you are in an accident and worried about rec...overing and worried about replacing your car, the last thing you want to do is deal with insurance companies and think about paperwork and those details. Andrew was a huge help to take a lot of stress off our shoulders!
