We just won our court ! We were granted asylum in the USA. It was a very difficult court , and Amsale fought for us with all her might. She is a wonderful lawyer. I had an extremally difficult case , where i was not sure if i ever can get my permanent green card on my own. My I751 marriage based case was pending for almost 5 years. Me and my US citizen husban...d were divorced. My ex did everything he could, to prevent me of getting green card. He divorced me without my knowledge and forged my signature on divorce papers, so immigration counted it as fraud. I was also a victim of psychological and mental abuse. I had 2 law firms that represented my case before i found Amsale. Finally when i got my interview note in march of 2021.
