John David Stahl

I  am a trial attorney with 30 years of experience--all of it in civil litigation.  My cases have spanned a wide array of subject matters -- from unfair business practices, misappropriation of trade secrets, will contests and contract claims, to ship mortgage foreclosures and other admiralty proceedings, medical malpractice, real property disputes, wrongful death cases and wrongful termination of employment.  I have obtained temporary restraining orders and other prejudgment remedies in dozens of cases and also have experience prosecuting and defending class action cases. I have successfully argued numerous appeals in state and federal courts, including the Washington Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  I accept cases on hourly, contingent and "hybrid" fee arrangements.
