Attorney Kurt Bennett hands down has to be the hardest working Lawyer I've ever come across. Not only is he professionally diligent, he's also fair and compassionate especially handling sensitive matters in complex cases.
If you every find yourself in a difficult legal matter, right off the bat you need to call Attorney Kurt Bennett.
You will also be pleased with his easy to converse with amicable assistant Amanda.

I have been introduced with Kurt through a common friend. I was perplexed and had no means of getting out of my situation with the law. I have violated my probation with not one but 2 other cities as well. To make things even more complex I'm a single father that have just regain custody of my daughter. I was looking at jail time with all 3 municipals and couldn't bear the thought of loosing my child. When I met Kurt Bennett I was very nervous. When I shook his hand I felt calm and collective. I have been very honest with Kurt with all my circumstances and he understood that I still have a chance in life again and wanted to help me regain my integrity and life back online. Kurt is an absolute professional with his work and goes out of his ways to seek the truth. Kurt is a kind person and can talk with you at your level. With Kurt's professional help, he has been able to keep me out of jail from all three cities. I am on my way back to a structured life with my daughter and in peace. I sincerely can't thank you enough!

I looked at several reviews of different lawyers and thought Kurt sounded like the best choice. I have to say that despite not always getting a text message back as soon as I would like, I was highly impressed. Kurt has over 20 years of experience with legal matters, and knows the system, and different roles therein very well. In my anecdotal experience he knows how to make the most out of the big picture through using a meticulous fine-tuned-comb to cover all relevant details, and nevertheless exhibits a genuine, civil, air of grace and finesse that extends out to everyone I saw him talk to. His empathy was not overlooked. There was a time where I was waiting for him to finish with a client who walked in very upset. When the client left Kurt's office 20 minutes later he was noticeably delighted. That takes a gift. Such a scene was only a foreshadow of my final experience of feeling a sense of justice and joy simultaneously. This should not have been surprising to me given Kurt's obvious brilliance and understanding. Every good lawyer should be able like a chess master: one who is able to think logically, creatively, with focus, endurance, and a powerful memory. But more is required: rhetoric, writing-skills, organisation, emotional intelligence, and a backbone are also necessary. That is what I saw Kurt demonstrate. I hope I will never need a lawyer for the rest of my life, but if I do, I know where to go-- to Kurt Bennett.

I hired Kurt to help me with my divorce case after he was recommended to me. I was put at ease from the beginning by his truthful demeanor and knowledge of the law. It was also clear that he understood the emotional implications of a case like this.
Divorce is scary when you have no idea what to expect and how to walk through the process. Kurt was very upfront about what to expect, what my options were and what he would recommend. He was able to paint a clear picture for me so that I could make the choices that were best for my circumstances.
I am so glad that I found him and that he took my case, he was professional, quick to respond and available when needed. You never think you will need a lawyer, but when you do, Kurt Bennett is an excellent choice.

Mr. Bennett was the third lawyer I'd seen in an attempt to have my firearms rights restored and obtain my CPL. Mr. Bennett communicated with me throughout the process and produced the results I was looking for. I was very pleased with Mr. Bennett's professionalism and courtesy.

I had to write a review for Kurt or he has been by far, the best lawyer I have ever worked with.
Kurt was always there working hard for me when I applied to get a pardon from Governor Christine Gregoire for several felonies that I had committed almost 9 years ago now. he saw my case as one worth fighting for. I remember he called my story a "good faith effort" story. I had made mistakes when I had hit a rock bottom in my life but he saw the potential in me and realized I was not the person behind those mistakes. He also believed in me,,,...told me I had come a long way from where I was and that no matter what , he was going to take my case all the way to Olympia and make this pardon work for me.
There had been a point where I was running low on money to offer and he continued to work on my case, staying 100% dedicated to me as a client. The happy ending did come for me in January of 2013.
Christine Gregoire granted me an unconditional, full pardon the day she left office. If it hadn't been for Kurts dedication to my case and all his hard work and effort, I would not be where I am today. I can now look for the work I deserve. I worked hard at school and am now able to use my gifts and talents to help others in tough situations.
But it's all because of Kurt. He is tops, number one in my book and I would recommend him to anyone trying a criminal conviction. he will dedicate himself to you and fight hard for if he feels you deserve to be fought for.

I hired Kurt to assist me in vacating a previous Felony conviction as well as restore my firearms rights. The process was quick and easy and he was very straightforward not guaranteeing me anything (which is exactly what I wanted). What a relief to finally put a horrible event behind me for good.

What do you do when you have an employee in Kansas City, Missouri that had a previous indiscretion in Seatle, Washington? Did I mention he is hispanic and spoke broken English.
We had tried in vain to determine exactly what our employee had done wrong over 16 years ago. He was a minor, couldn't speak English, and could not remember what exactly were the charges against him. Clearly this was a mess and we had failed miserably in an attempt to help him. We contacted some helpful person in Seatle, to this date I do not know whom reccommended Kurt. But, I do believe it was a miracle. It could have been someone in the filing department or someone who answered the phone somewhere that said call Kurt Bennett. At some point we spoke to Kurt Bennett. Because Kurt works from his heart he was willing to listen to our plight. "We have an employee, had some problems, we need help, and oh by the way we live in Kansas City, Missouri.
We talked with Kurt many, many times. He worked feverishly for someone he had never met and only had spoken with a well meaning employer. In the end we prevailed thru the tireless effort of Kurt Bennett. It was like he just didn't understand "it can't be done." He kept putting one foot in front of the other time and time again. We made at least two trips to Seatle for hearings. When it came to his knowledge of the law and what to do, he was spot on. The whole story of course is much longer and I am horrible at condensing, so I will finish with a heartfelt thanks and a complete endorsement of his skills and knowledge. I have faith in this man as a lawyer but more importantly I have faith in him as a man.
If you are looking for someone to represent you, there is not a finer lawyer anywhere. He is commited to represent you and find a solution. God bless him, as he blessed our situation!
