I was on vacation during my court date. I came home to my license being suspended due to an FTA. Jacques fail to show up or even inquire about the court date. When he finally contacted the court, he got me the same deal anyone off the street could get. In fact, the same deal is mentioned on their web...site. Total bill would have been $575.00 plus 6 hours of traffic school. I've used Jeanie Mucklestone in the past. Really wish I would have used her again. All this time and money wasted.

Jacques was hired (Via Off the Record) to fight an electronic device ticket while I was in the midst of a deferral for a Speeding ticket. All of this was disclosed at the outset, yet Jacques didn’t know and didn’t research that, regardless of the dispensation of the Electronic Device ticket, the def...erment was going to be found Committed. Even though the electronic device ticket was amended to a non-moving violation. I did get a refund for the attorney fee, but ended up paying substantially more for the Device ticket. I fail to comprehend how an experienced traffic attorney would no know of the potential outcome. Knowing the details and fully understanding the potential outcome (in this case) would have saved me a ton of time, money and aggravation. Good Luck!

I was connected to this law firm through the app Off the Record and my experience was great! Even with covid delays and such Jacques stayed on top of the case and found some discrepancy in evidence that made my case dismissed! Surely something I probably couldn’t pull off on my own!
