Dismissed!

This was my first time hiring an attorney to contest a moving violation. Jacques is professional and timely, exactly what I was looking for and expecting. Jacques took care of everything, from submitting paperwork for my contested hearing, evidence discovery, and the hearing itself, in fact the cour...t failed to inform me of the date of my hearing, so if I hadn't had Jacques fighting in my corner I would have completely missed my court date! My case was 100% dismissed thanks to Jacques and should the need arise again in the future, I will be taking full advantage of his services again.

Worst experience with an attorney yet

I was on vacation during my court date. I came home to my license being suspended due to an FTA. Jacques fail to show up or even inquire about the court date. When he finally contacted the court, he got me the same deal anyone off the street could get. In fact, the same deal is mentioned on their web...site. Total bill would have been $575.00 plus 6 hours of traffic school. I've used Jeanie Mucklestone in the past. Really wish I would have used her again. All this time and money wasted.

You initially presented with a ticket that was already in default. We submitted a motion to vacate the default and reset the court date, and your ticket was timely resolved and kept off of your record. The court docket confirms this. In an infraction, there are only four possible outcomes: found committed, dismissed, amended, or deferred. Each of the four is indeed listed on our website, but that does not mean that "anyone off the street" can get them for the asking.

Jacques wins everytime!
