Wow, Quita was super helpful! She said that our issue was outside of her area of specialization, but she spent a considerable amount of time talking with me about our concerns and helped to link us up with a specialist. And while she said she might not be the right lawyer for our issue, she sure knew... A LOT! I was arrested on a Domestic Violence (DV) assault charge in Bellevue when i was one month away from the end of an 18-month Stipulated Order of Continuance (SOC) agreement for a prior DV involving charges in both Issaquah and Seattle (fabricated by the alleged victim). The SOC stated I would be in vi...olation of the agreement if I had any criminal law violation during that 18-month period, so I was extremely worried I would be convicted on the 2 prior Issaquah and Seattle charges as well as the new Bellevue charges. Quita spent time with me to fully understand the situation and she developed a very sound strategy for the 3 related cases. I was still worried that I would face some serious consequences from some of the cases, including convictions on my record and potential jail time. The outcome was much better than I could have ever expected. I signed a new 18-month SOC in the Bellevue requiring completing a DV treatment program and community service. The prior SOC in Issaquah was extended to match the end date for the new Bellevue agreement with charges dismissed if I completed the new Bellevue SOC terms. And the charges in Seattle were completely dropped! I feared the worst, but this was the best possible outcome I could imagine. I am so grateful to Quita achieving this outcome and I could not recommend her more highly!
